Dave
“The master of his trade”
Dave has over 30 years of combined experience in the construction and plumbing industry. At the age of 16, he started with job site clean up for his family’s general contracting firm. In 1994, right out of high school, Dave began his plumbing apprenticeship. After finishing his apprenticeship and becoming a red seal plumber, Dave opened a plumbing division within his family’s company working on high-end custom-built homes for clients and other contractors.
A back injury in the early 2000s prompted Dave to continue his education. He attended night courses in construction management/operations programs.
Dave excelled and completed many projects before returning to his love of plumbing.
In March of 2021, Dave brought his leadership skills, extensive knowledge of construction projects and plumbing experience to Dancar Mechanical Ltd. and purchased the company 2 years later. He is a valued asset on the construction site who understands the importance of communication and organization.

Ryan
Ryan joined Dancar Mechanical Ltd early in 2008 and went through his apprentice program with the company. In 2013 shortly after getting his red-seal ticket, he left for Alberta.
Recognizing how beautiful Vancouver Island is and how valuable the work ethic and environment he left behind was, Ryan returned to Dancar Mechanical Ltd in late 2015.
We are very pleased to have him back and part of the foundation of our company.
Tyler
Tyler joined Dancar Mechanical Ltd in 2019. He came with eight years of experience in the construction industry as a labourer.
Tyler has been attending North Island College for the in-class portion of his plumbing apprenticeship.
He embraces challenges, has a can-do attitude and appreciates excelling in an environment that emphasizes quality and pride in workmanship.
