The UBC Boathouse: 2 -10,000 square foot floating structures. Dancar was nominated for an award in 2007 in recognition for its contribution to this unique structure.

Shellbren Industrial Business Centre: Located in Nanaimo and built to house the Federal Fisheries. This building was a 2009 Commercial Building Awards finalist.

Houle Electric: A 6450 square foot office/warehouse space located in Nanaimo. This building was a 2010 Commercial Building Awards finalist.

Waterfront Renovation: In-floor heating was added to the first floor of this existing home in Saltair. The combi-boiler supplied both in-floor heating as well as domestic hot water. 3 bathrooms with wall-hung toilets and a fresh new look, along with a sink relocation for a completely new kitchen, completed the plumbing portion to this substantially renovated waterfront home completed in 2022.

Waterfront New Home: This custom steel framed 2 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home boosts wall-hung toilets, a wet room with multiple shower heads, and wall hung sink and faucet. The kitchen, ensuite and home was designed to take in the ocean and mountain vista. The homeowner moved into this Ladysmith home in late 2022.
