Frequently asked questions

We are a mobile service and easily reached on a business day by phone, text or email Monday through Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. On occasion we do pick up, respond and return calls/emails after hours. Some plumbing work cannot be conducted during business hours. With advance notice we can arrange to do work outside the usual business hours. 

We operate primarily Monday - Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with most of our work prescheduled for at least a few days ahead. If your emergency falls between those hours, we maybe able to assist you if we happen to be near the area. It is best to contact us in these situations or a service that specializes in emergency plumbing repairs.

Yes, we do gas work as it relates to hot water heating (for example: hot water tanks and hot water boilers heated by gas) or we can provide a supply line only to an appliance (for example: a fireplace, gas stove, barbecue outlet box).
